Do E-Gift Cards expire?

No, our E-Gift Cards never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!

Do I need to setup an account to make an order? 

No, but by setting up an account, you will become a member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

How can I find out about product restocks?

To be informed please subscribe to our website for updates on our products and you will receive notification by email or follow us on our social media platforms.

ORDER FAQS

Can I make adjustments to my order after it has been placed?

No, once order has been placed we can't make any changes.

What if I used a Gift Card to pay for all or part of my order and there were out of stock item(s)?

The amount refunded will go back to the E-Gift Card that was used, any remaining balance will be returned to your other form of payment.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

Your package can be shipped back out to you upon receiving. However, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee before your package can be sent back out to you..

How can I cancel my order? 

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! We can only cancel orders that haven't been fulfilled. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been fulfilled and shipped.

I forgot to use my discount code while checking out. Can I apply it after my purchase? 

Orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!

My package says delivered but I didn't receive it. 

Once your order has shipped and is with the carrier it is out of our control please contact the carrier for any updates or information regarding your delivery.

REFUND & EXCHANGES

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

ITEMS MUST BE:

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • In unused and resellable condition.
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
  • Items that don't fall under the non-refundable and exchangeable category.
  • A REFUND MAY BE GIVEN

    1. Product Not-As-Described

    Such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customers false expectations or wishes are not honored.

    2. Major Defects

    Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Department. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours (exclude Sartuday and Sunday). Please note that our technicians can request temporary access to your server in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our Products. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your sever will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.

    3. Item support extension not used

    If you purchase an item support extension and request a refund of that extension before your existing item support expires, we will provide you with a refund of that item support extension.
